Michael Corrado's, “Drummer Love”, captures dynamic remote images of drummers, serving the amazing children of the Ronald McDonald House of NY Metro,
Through rock and roll, I started developing relationships with bands that had this love of drummers and wanting to make really, really great pictures of drummers. I had a very close relationship with the drummer of Nickelback, a great drummer named Daniel Adair, and we came together in a way where I could try to make unique pictures of Daniel, where I took cameras and I mounted them on his drum kit to create remotes and the project evolved into something called drum love. Now, when when I go to photograph any band, I make sure to show the drummer some love. I started working with him very, very closely and along the way, I developed strong relationships with the drummers by basically saying, I'll photograph you and you can use the pictures for promotional purposes. but this is through a donation to the Ron McDonald House. I serve you you serve the house. And ever since I started doing that, I will not work with a drummer that doesn't sign on to donate to the house.
